I started making plaques purely as a bit of a hobby back in 2007. I was looking for a dog leader holder on eBay but couldn’t find one that I liked. Typical woman, never happy with the size, the colour or the shape, so I went about making my own.
Ideas began to flow and before I knew it I hade made two or three different designs from items bought from various places.

People began to ask if I’d consider making them a dog leader holder or a key holder and the company Star Craft Plaques grew from there. I launched the website in mid 2008 and now have a good range of products for sale to the general public. All of my products have been hand crafted, so no two products will be exactly the same. I design and make key holders, name plaques, room plaques, fridge magnets, plant pot sticks, hanging items, seasonal plaques for Halloween, Christmas, Easter and Valentine, as well as coat pegs, wedding favours, towel hooks and mug racks.
